Before you submit a photo
Remove the selected photo or leave the page to clear a local preview. This does not remove a photo already submitted for generation or delete the original file on your device. For submitted media, follow the deletion request steps below.
Request account or media deletion
Email aivideobulin47@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want a specific upload or generation removed, or your account and associated data reviewed for deletion. Include relevant task IDs or URLs if you have them. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents in the initial request.
What happens next
We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership and clarify the scope. We will review the records and media we control and explain the outcome, including any information that must remain for security, disputes or legal obligations. Account deletion can affect access to saved creations and remaining entitlements; download files you wish to keep before requesting it. This page opens an email request and does not perform instant deletion.
Automatic cleanup and its limits
Generated videos expire seven days after each file is stored and are scheduled for automatic deletion. Cleanup is asynchronous and may finish after that expiry. Completed videos are available in My Creations for seven days. Account and transaction records are handled separately. Deleting a video from our storage does not delete copies held by an AI provider or files already downloaded or shared by someone else. Include provider-copy concerns in your request so we can assess the available steps.
