Your photos and generation requests
Selecting a photo lets you preview it before submission. When you submit a generation request, we process your photo, the reference video, generation settings, task identifiers and the resulting video to create your personalized clip. Your photo is used to process your request and is not saved to your account. Completed videos are available in My Creations for seven days.
Account, payment and support information
We process account details such as your name, email address, profile image and sign-in provider identifiers, together with session records. Account creation may record your IP address, language and referral source. We keep order, payment status and video-pack usage records to provide purchases and support. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Do not email us card details or passwords.
Services that help us operate
Our generation integration uses Kie to process the submitted reference image and video. Hosting, authentication and payment providers process the information needed to perform their respective services. Provider processing may take place outside your country and is subject to the provider’s own data practices. We do not sell your photos or use your uploads to train our own AI models.
Cookies and technical information
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and may remember language and referral information. Our hosting, authentication and media services receive technical information, including IP addresses and request details, needed to deliver and secure the service. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
Seven-day media retention
Source photos are used for generation and are not retained in your account. Generated videos are scheduled for automatic deletion after seven days from the time each file is stored. Cleanup runs asynchronously, so physical removal may occur after the seven-day expiry rather than at the exact instant. Completed videos are available in My Creations for seven days; download anything you want to keep before it expires. Account, order and support records are separate from these media files and may be retained to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and provider copies
You can ask to access, correct or delete your account information and media by following Delete my data or emailing aivideobulin47@gmail.com. We may verify account ownership first. Deleting a file from our storage does not guarantee immediate deletion of third-party processing copies or files others have downloaded. We can review provider-copy concerns with you.
