Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of AI Video Bulin47 at aivideobulin47.com. Use the service only with the necessary permissions and for lawful purposes.

Using the service
You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for checking the content you publish.
The video experience
AI Video Bulin47 creates personalized videos from one photo using a fixed video template. Each video is 15 seconds long, in vertical 9:16 format at 768P, with one featured subject. This is not a general-purpose editor for arbitrary video uploads. You need an account and an available generation from a video pack to submit a request.
Your materials and permissions
You keep ownership of the materials you provide. You must hold the rights to the photo and obtain informed permission from any identifiable person you feature. Submitting a request authorizes the storage, processing and service-provider transmission needed to generate and deliver your video. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photo to us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements or unlawful material. Do not evade access controls, misuse accounts or interfere with the service. Read Safety for our content rules.
Purchases and generation credits
Video packs are one-time purchases: $7.90 for one video, $12.90 for three, or $19.90 for five. There is no recurring subscription. The final price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Each submitted generation reserves one video credit. A confirmed failed or rejected generation returns the reserved credit; an unconfirmed submission may require review before a credit is returned. A returned generation credit is not a cash refund. Contact aivideobulin47@gmail.com about billing errors. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Outputs and third-party rights
AI results can contain artifacts and may differ from the sample in likeness, motion or audio. No exact match is guaranteed. Access to a sample or generated file does not itself grant rights to music, performances, trademarks or another person’s likeness. Check the rights required for your intended use, including commercial sharing, and label generated media clearly.
Downloads and retention
Download completed videos within seven days. Generated video files expire seven days after each file is stored and are then automatically cleaned up; deletion may take additional processing time. We cannot restore files once deleted. Account and transaction records may be retained separately as described in Privacy.
Availability, restrictions and updates
We may change features, restrict misuse or remove content in response to a substantiated complaint. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions may be sent to aivideobulin47@gmail.com.
